I would like to suggest a Staff University, allowing us to create new CD, DT and DR. It could be available at high level (15) and demand tokens to create and thus modify their stats (weakness, level, specialty and strength).
it would generate token purchase and spend, and managers could have their CDs to their liking as long as they paid fair value for their creation, definition, and modification. And it would serve, mainly to the managers take 18 to 20, great majority of the game, whose CD is scarce and has little caster.
