Hi iGP Staff!

My Idea: Language of Youth Academy come from "General" option "Language" value.

I think it will be best to Managers.

For example, that come from my Youth Academy English Drivers, not Hungarians, because now the system looks at my Nationaliti, and not my Language set.

okkk.... so why should the language supersede nationality?  I mean I speak and read 3 languages but have one nationality. 

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your concern...

okkk.... so why should the language supersede nationality?  I mean I speak and read 3 languages but have one nationality.

Your Nationally is not Your choice, and so gives You the freedom to choose your F1 base location. If You want Your Nationally, You can also choose it, but You get more options. Example, I think one F1 team base not possible in many Countries in reality.

So what about spanish, portuguese, english, and french languages?
For instance, people in brazil might want a brazilian driver so they set their language to their language and they get a portuguese driver.....
And thats just one of the top of my dome,

Or is any idea great just because u thought of it?

So no! 
If u really want a driver from great britain, spend the tokens and change the nationality
After all nationality is nation based, not language based since people with different nationalities speak the same language.

I don't think the suggestion would be such a good idea. For example my language setting for the game is English as I speak that language well enough, play in an international league and having set the game in any other language just means constant translating between chat, forums and game to understand what someone is exactly writing about or referring to. So in order to get the right youth drivers it would not only mean that the game needs to add Swiss(German), as well as Swiss(French) and Swiss(Italian) (Romansh isn't available as language in the game, so no Swiss(Romansh) there) and also me changing my language settings every time I want to scout. Also that would make it easy to scout drivers from any other country which leads to the game loosing an (important one as not affecting performance) income source from driver customisation token.

But there would be the possibility to suggest to add a separate team nationality to make it possible to distinguish between manager nationality and team location.

I agreed with your remark. Yes, it would be a better idea to change the base Country.

But I do not respect the style of Your answer.

Personally, I'm too cheap to spend 5 tokens on changing the nationality of a driver or staff.  However, I do like having at least one of my drivers having a nationality other than my team's.  To over come this, my second team has a different nationality.  Yes it cost 3 tokens just for the other team to acquire them, but last I checked, 3 < 5.

Alternatively, you could try and find another manager to "swap" drivers with to also achieve this.
