App is hanging?

What did you try to do?
Just watching the adverts to gain the healing, finance and parts. Once you watch the adverts the App on the phone is hanging and locking up.

What happened instead?
Just having to restart the App. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and no change. Its not a major drama but this has only started since the advert split has happened.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

What is the model of your device?
I have two phones a Samsung S6 Edge and a Samsung A7 and its doing teh same thing on both phones.

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
Its two phones and they are Andriod thats all i know

Can the bug be reproduced?

As i said not a major drama but guess it needs reporting.

Im having the same problem on my Samsung phone also. It doesn't happen every time either. Its very random as to when it happenes. I have also reinstalled the app, cleared the cache etc etc. 

I wonder if it may be exclusive to Samsung devices. Does it happen every time you watch an ad or only after certain/some ads?

Its that random that its not linked to certain adds no. You can be going along fine then out of no where it just stops and you get the symbol in the middle of the screen as to say something is happening or loading and that freezes. Once its done that its close the app down totally and restart it. It doesn't happen every day either it can be a few days in between and then some days its twice or three times it happens. I just restart the app so its no big deal but when i saw that someone else with the same phone is having problems i commented.

No info on this at all yet? It is still happening and looks like to more than just us two who have posted in the other thread about the adverts also? Just wondering as im curious thats all lol
