Live event message preventing setting up and improving my car

You will need to force quit/end the app's background process and restart it, which will fix the issue.

I already did, and the problem continues

If you're still unable to do anything, try re-installing the app. Also, make sure your the device you're using is synced correctly to the timezone you live in.

Thank you very much, my cell phone was with a date and time problem provided by the network, after that, I got this problem back to normal
