Seems my driver got trained too much. It now has 5 red stars, while my level is 4..
Can I still use this driver for races? I was able to do training and strategy for the race with him.
Do i have to buy another driver or can I lower his class?

Don't worry, you can use him without problems and you can also keep training him.
Only impact is that training will now go very slow for this driver, he will gain only 3% per training session.
