You can see the Changelog in the app store, in this version the changes were as follows:

- Fixed current tyre going out of sync on live timing
- Fixed visual glitch whereby cars could appear to warp around the track during lag/sync issues
- Fixed DRS activation glitch on lap 2 at Spain
- Added cache clear option to settings page
- Improved reliability of rewarded ads
- Added Japanese translation
- Various other fixes and improvements
