Hi all.

At the moment I have a 4.5* td and a 5* CD but my research % per race is only 61%.
Has anyone had this before or know the why it would be so low?

Your research power's percentage value will decrease as you level up.
By having the highest star Chief Designer and Technical Director, this ensures you extract all the research power available to you, which for your level may likely be 61% (I don't know the maximum possible research power per level).
