Up grading

What did you try to do?
I up graded my office and hospitality  by starting it then using 10 T coin to finish it but it didn't up grade to level 6

What happened instead?
It stayed at level 5

I think I've had this happen on my other accounts as well

i think i confused it as i did it very fast and maybe didn't give it time to start properly so when i clicked finish it just ended the timer

Just finished upgrading my Technology from level 10 to 11 and it stayed at level 10 and had to redo the boost and drs  back to level 10

Can you sort my upgrading out please as this is not fair
