Hi
I'm experiencing an issue with one of my drivers whilst training him. He's 18 yrs old and in fully trained in every area except his weight. He is currently 56kg (Male). When training him I have the area of training set to physical but on the last 3 occasions when reaching 100% instead of his weight reducing by 1kg as expected I get a message stating NO CHANGE and his weight stays on 56kg.
I really don't understand why this is happening and I have never had this happen when training other drivers. If anyone can shed some light on this I'd be grateful.

Regards
ST

If all areas have reached 20 then weight cannot be reduced as driver training gets locked once all areas hit 20. This is why it's recommended that physical training is done first to avoid this situation.

Thanks so much MS my bad I wasn't aware of this so it would appear that I've mucked this driver up as there is no way back. A real waste .. should have looked closer at the rules. Thanks so much we live and learn. ST

Well some people say weight has no effect on drivers pace some believe it does. Either way minimum Weight for a male driver is 51 kg so your driver is on 56 kg not huge difference. Also there is some hidden talent thing on drivers where some drivers are faster then others even if all down to minimum Weight and all areas maxed to 20. Still what you could do is compare your 56kg driver to 51 kg driver and see if weight does affect them or not.
