iGP Elite status

Good morning, afternoon, evening, whatever.
I'd like to ask the developers to promote everybody of the Rookie and Pro tier into Elite to make management easier for me. Since I can't access iGP Manager on a laptop, I woulf like to have them in Elite to make my management easier and to let them race at better pace. They are guaranteed not to leave the league.
The league I'm talking of carries the name "FD98Disc" and is locked by a password. If anyone of the dev team can help me, please contact me via private message on iGP Manager. Thank you!

Yeah that won't be possible I'm afraid. If it does happen then why should anyone else go through rookie and pro and not just simply request to get promoted to elite. People when they earn enough race time and if they are successful in winning championships at lower level get promoted and not just put in elite level so it's easier for you to manage.
