Hello I'm new to this game and have some questions:
1.: I see that drivers have an agage and that there are task for Regired Driver and 30+ Driver. Does my drivers age up? And how do I get a retired driver?
2.: I buyed 4 star staff and they dropped to 3*. How do I prevent staff dropping in rating?
3.: The Talent Skill rating does this upgrade by traning or does that be something that doesn't change?

Hello and welcome to iGPManager.
1.: Yes, drivers age one year every 20 races. Once a driver hits a certain age, I think 35 years (65 for staff), they may decide to retire, at the end of the just signed contract, when they get a new contract or extending their old one and once above 40 (70 for staff) they will always do that. This can be a problem because the contract of a retiring employee can't be cancelled without paying all the wage due for the remaining contract duration. The only way to get one is looking for an old driver and hoping for that retirement decision or keeping one long enough.
2.: You can't prevent staff from dropping as they won't level and thus every time your team levels the difference between those levels (staff and your team, shown as star rating) will increase. Thus it's a almost constant search for new or better staff, especially CDs.
3.: The Talent is fixed and can't be trained. So, together with age, that's the important thing to look for in a driver. For staff talent doesn't matter, just level does.
