Wet race driver attribute

My driver(or team) does really well in wet races. It got me thinking that there could be a trainable attribute in driver stats for wet racing. Could make things interesting. 

I’d happily have every race as a wet race, as this is a great leveller. The wet tyres last much better than the drys
