Lost my engines

What did you try to do?
Buy some engines on one team cos I thought I had none but I'm sure I bought 10 yesterday and on my other team I know u bought 10 but showing zero I bought 20 engines tonight but received none

What happened instead?
Nothing I lost 10 engines from 1 team and 10 plus 20 bought from my other team

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
Windows 10

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Chrome

Can the bug be reproduced?
Probably

Hi Andy.

My normal response to this would be... "You made a mistake and bought parts instead of engines". But looking at your rep and the time you've been playing the game this seems unlikely unless, like me, you are prone to the odd senior moment!

It's an easy mistake to make so can you confirm you definitely purchased engines and not parts? How many tokens did your 20 engines cost?

If you're positive you bought engines I'll escalate to one of the iGP team who can view the details of your purchases.

I agree with Kevin Bissell. Maybe you bought parts instead of engines. It has happened to me several times... ?

No mate I had engines in 1 team there should of been 8 as I bought 10 the race before the other team I'm not sure but bought 10 it cost me 10 tokens then they didn't register so bought another 10 costing me 10 tokens and still I have no engines but both trams are showing 0 engines

Ok thanks for getting back I'm sure I chose engines cos I went on the engine page and selected them 100 % sure but ok will buy some more
