can anyone advise where it is best to use the drs.  Is it better at the start of a straight, during a straight or on a bend. It would be interesting to see where people have found the most advantage.
Thanks

You mean the KERS battery? The DRS is auto activated on the long straight of each track.

I mainly use the kers to stick with those just in front of me to catch the drs, or to pull away from those behind me so they don't and I also try to save some for the final lap.

There is no KERS in iGP. There is Boost!

And then there's me, still calling it KERS. LOL! It's mainly because in the first version of iGP Manager it really was called KERS :)

Thanks Warren I did mean boost (Kers).  What I am wondering is if the boost is effective on the straight when presumably the car has reached max speed, or is it better to deploy just after a corner to reach max speed quicker. But what happens if you use boost during the corner, does it just waste the boost?

Boost will only be used if the driver is using the throttle. In 0% throttle situations, none is used.
In some corners, none will be used, however, in other corners, drivers will be using the throttle and brakes at the same time or switching between the two very quickly. It's all dependent on whether or not the throttle was used!
