Moved to help and support.
You have to do 20 races in that league before you can take on a league host position.
Makoto you have the problem that you are going to get promoted and there a bug in the way it counts so you have to do 20 races in that level so since your about to get promoted you will have to do 20 races in pro before you can take on league host roll.
Since the host is a bot in IGP I will see if we can get you moved into this position a bit quicker than that.

I understand. The league in which I participated was reluctant to other participants, so I wanted to become a host and want to activate the league. I will finish 20 races soon, so I will wait for it.
