Manufacturing upgrade failed to upgrade

What did you try to do?
Use 10 tokens to complete upgrade

What happened instead?
10 tokens was taken but upgrade never happened! It's still level 1 & saying completion time 2 days & upgrade costs etc,

I've been charged the cost of the upgrade n the 10 tokens used to complete the upgrade early but have not had any upgrade happen to my manufacturing hq, please advise

Had a similar experience a while back with technology hq upgrade, hope it gets sorted 

It shows up in my financial history that I started the upgrade but it’s still level 1 so hopefully they’ll be able to correct it, hopefully anyway

Any updates on this please? Thank you kindly 

Set up another upgrade now as needing parts!

Hey Adam, I'm sorry for the delay in reviewing this.

I've looked over your report and haven't found anything indicating the upgrade failed when you spent tokens to have it completed immediately.

In your Finances history, for 4 March, I see a $2,500,000 charge for when you began construction on your manufacturing building to upgrade it to level 1.
If the upgrade had not taken place, a $2,500,000 charge would have appeared in your Finances history when you set the manufacturing building to upgrade again. However, the next charge for your manufacturing building was $2,625,000, the cost of upgrading it to level 2.

What seems to have occurred is the game failed to refresh to show new information without needing to refresh the page.

So has the upgrade happend then?

Not entirely sure myself natalie lol, Yunus, so was it generating car parts even tho it was saying it wasn’t generating car parts? & when my current upgrade completes, it’ll be level 3 right?

Yes, the upgrade did take place. The information wasn't presented immediately but was available to view if the page was refreshed (a refresh that shouldn't be needed, something which may need looking into).
