What did you try to do?
Set strategy - when could not be live in the race.

What happened instead?
Drivers pitted a lap or two early on each stint. Pitting with plenty of fuel - and therefore an extra pit, and lost points.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
Mac

Which browser did you experience the problem in?

Can the bug be reproduced?
Odd pitting has been happening a lot recently when not live.

Hello,

Please share with us the Race ID so we can investigate the issue.

Hi José, Charlie is in same league as me and spotted his report on here so below is the two races i have noticed it happening to his cars.

Last night in Europe it happened with both cars:

And in China earlier in the season it happened to one of his cars "G.Harris":

Thanks Andy.

Yeah China - I had to leave after pitting for the Mediums, and 3 laps later it automatically pitted the driver - and there was no need - had fuel to the end.

Then I wasn't there for the whole race last night in Europe - and both drivers pitted 2 laps early - they should have had the fuel (probably running on in pits) for 2 more laps on both stints which should have been enough to complete the race distance - even so - they are stopping at least 1 clear lap too early.

Very confusing.

I have had a quick look via the race results, the Europe race looks like they pitted when the fuel was running out.

As for the China race i'm not sure what happened but when I get a chance later I shall investigate things further

Hey Darren, there was plenty of fuel left... at least from the data I can see...

I'm in same league and had same issue in yesterday's race so European race. My drivers had 3.7 l and 3.4 l and per lap they were using 2.3 l so could easily have done an extra lap which is the number I set for my strategy for 1st stint but both drivers pitted 1 lap early. They were meant to do 5 lap and 6 lap 1st stints but instead did 4 lap and 5 lap 1st stint. I was live in race unlike Charlie.

Same thing happened again today in the Belgian race to both my drivers. Fuel usage per lap was 3 litres per lap in stint 1 but both drivers pitted when they had 4.6 litres still left and pitted a lap early compared to the strategy I had set.
