So this is way out there and probably nearly impossible, but I think it would AMAZING if iGP were to partner with say like F1 2018 (or whatever it is in the current year). I know you're all saying why would we do that, but hear me out.

Imagine that you as a manager have to go scout out actually talented real sim drivers. Those drivers then have to race in a car which you have developed.

On races you would have to set up the car, have them practice in it, give you feedback, and then make adjustments... you would get 5 shots at this.

Then for race day prep they would be using the car which you have developed together, with the set up that you worked together to perfect.

AND.... then we all have a race where we are communicating to each other, and the driver is telling you "hey I can't get any heat in these tyres", "hey the engine is lacking today we'll need to replace it next race". You would be responding "hey you need to ease up, you're burning through fuel too fast", "look out for so and so they're doing some reckless driving today", "you should be good to pass so and so on the next corner be sure not to take it too fast"

Going over the race with your drivers discussing what they did well, what needs improvement, how can we make the car better, what can I do better. It would just make it some much more involved. We would truly be on teams with drivers looking for good management, and managers constantly scouting talent, trying to help their driver improve. Potentially having scouts on our team who find drivers for us! Trainers who help drivers practice "hey you're taking turns too early and getting on the gas too late".

It would also come with a whole new set of problems, managers and drivers quitting on eachother. Needing to get picked up by a new team. Interpersonal communication skills. Being able to give and take criticism for the good of the team. Knowing how to acknowledge good work and give praise. It would be the ultimate F1 sim game.

It's probably a pipedream obviously it's a very different type of game where we need much more time between races, but I think it would be incredibly rewarding and fun! What are your thoughts, what problems do you see arising (aside from the development of such a crazy platform), what do you like about the idea?
