It would be very realistic and it would add more strategy to the game, if you would have a pit crew with certain level/stats as the rest of the staff. This way, the higher the stats of the pitcrew the more efficient they would be in pitstops and therefore less time the cars would take to be refilled* and have the tyres changed.

Or have the Offices & Hospitality building affect pitstops.

What does hospitality have to do with a pit stop?

Make it so the minimum staff morale affects the pit crew's performance. It would probably be easier to do that than to add more staff types.

Does the staff morale building have much of an impact anyways?
Would be a good solution to make the building more relevant for sure

At the moment, it barely has any effect on staff members. It could be updated so it has a more impactful effect on your team's performance.

We could also see our pitcrew performances on live race, with timers and stuff.
Is our voice/ideas even heard? I feel like we aren't.

There are many u used things in this game, tame cooling in development, its pointless even being there as it makes no impact.
Rather than bring new teacks which everyone wants how about making whats already in the game work
