pit stop times

is it the case that the pit stop times used in-game are purely the 'stationary' times?  I'm assuming the time taken to slow down into your pit box and leave afterwards are built in to the 'in lap' and 'out lap' times?

In short, yes.

I think in Q3, hopefully they'll be looking at Pitstop influence with Staff and hopefully we can have a influencial control, not precise, but a better control on improve pit times.

Such as having specific pit crew who are faster or less prone to making a mistake, and some technology research in equipment used such as the Jacks, Fuelling and Tire removal, aswell as Pitstop practices. This all ofcourse we shouldn't expect until mid-2013 if it goes through as a development plan.
