CEO & CTO medal 517613 years 334 days ago Could be that the server was hanging, other people were reporting 503 errors around the time you made this post (service unavailable). So when the request was sent in the background from that page it would have had no data to return and wouldn't have saved if this was happening to you.
Let us know if it persists or if it seems to be working now.
