Hello i want give few think what can give as better Igp.
1. Tyre system change from season to season build some 15 difrence sets of tyre and any season Will be the same New strategie from season to season not as now softs is good for everythink like it was early with hards.
(with tyre i mean 15 different tire settings consume randomly in one season ss work better and in others worse etc. Ss can by better then s and s can by slower then med tyre its give a lot strategie, etc. )
2. New kers system change it like this give as a max 5 charges, on lap you can use only 3 charge you start with 0 kers 1 lap give you 1 charge. 1 charge give 5 sec turbo (in race 1x speed in 2x speed its 2,5s) idea is crazy but its take down guys who wait with kers for last lap and do race more interesting.
With randomize tyre and change kers this can by more atractive its my opinion i belive you understand all my English is bad
