What did you try to do?
Comment to the managers ie close one this lads or SS look the choice. But after typing ones comment and pressing done nothing comes up like it usually does.

What happened instead?
Nothing. Ur guest number comes up when u start to watch but can’t comment.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Yep thought so .

Did not try on laptop yet.

The guest chat was disabled due to a minority of people abusing the de-identification it gives you in order to put negative things about a league, a team etc.

Ah pity minority of some ruining it for majority of others. Should reveal ones managers name that would stop em might give em a penalty if so that. But hey ho. I used it quite a lot catching up with d racing managers. Commentating on their races. They all loved it.

I have seen quite a few people saying that they should re-introduce it but with the username instead of a number. Maybe in the race, they should have a "report user" bit so if someone does put something inappropriate  you can report them directly to the mods to be dealt with.

Same thing here!!! Watching the race and not saying hi or asking simple questions is not the same. I understand people have abused it as we had it happen to us. We always welcomed our guests and if the talked they did if not it didnt matter. We love to talk in our races!!

Be interesting to see what the game gurus reply is to this one!!! I havent tried it yet myself so i dont know.
