Are refunds being offered on subscriptions? If so, how can I go about getting one?
I've only been a member for a month or so, and my league has had numerous issues with the simulator (around 10). This is unacceptable.
I understand that this site is being run by a small number of developers and I am sympathetic to that. However, that does not excuse them from putting out a product that isn't clearly isn't ready and stable for prime time.
