Win = No rep.
2nd/3rd or below means negative rep for me now.

Does the rep of your opposition effect this? plus the amount of cars in the tier as well?
it seems to, if the average Rep of a packed league is higher than lower rep average packed league get less Rep for finishing 1st in each?
for example, 32 cars average rep 6500.
and 32 cars average rep 6100.
or 16 cars average rep 7000
the same player finishing 1st in each one would get diff reputation points for it?

For example Jaxon finished 1st and got 0 points from 25 car field average xp=6586
If he won with 32 cars and average xp=6586, would he of got more points, or is it only average xp that effects it.
if he just won from 32 car field with average xp=7200 would he of got more points?

It is all to do with your opponents Jaxon. I only have 6326 rep and because my opponents are all lower than me I lost rep after every race last season, and I won 16 of the 17 races.
So with that in mind I can only imagine it must be really tough to gain rep when you hit 8000.

I think you are right Atom.
I have previously been winning & losing rep in those circumstances

If you have 7500 rep and beating those with only 6500 rep, then you lose rep because you are not racing against those who are considered in your league.

The maximum possible is 10,000, and that's nearly impossible to achieve. You would have to stick with managers of the same level all the way to the top. About the only way to keep increasing it would be to form a new league with the top managers from the hall of fame.
This is my subjective take on it, and it's just an example, but Michael Schumacher for example struggled to keep boosting his reputation even though he kept winning titles, because people said he wasn't beating the best possible teammates on a level playing field. Similarly, if you have 1k more rep than the people you are racing against, it's expected that the experience counts for something. Better cars, better drivers, more knowledge, so beating them is not going to earn a lot of reputation.
