Same Setup For Both Cars?

I know that your drivers give you information about their cars in terms of the exact suspension, ride height, and wing level, but I wonder if doing the same setup for both cars can be a good thing and equal for both, even if it means having one of the drivers saying that the "Ride Height/Wing Levels is/are too low/high" after practicing with that setup?

In my experience two drivers in the same team will only ever ask for different ride height and this is linked to how tall the driver is. Tall drivers tend to ask for lower ride height than short drivers.
Ideal setting for wing and suspension stiffness are always the same for both drivers.
I set the each car to the individual driver requirements but can't categorically state this is the best way.

Very seldom my drivers request the same setup. There are the odd times they do though. 

Driver's setup doesn't assure good performance on the track since once the race starts there can be many different circumstances that may affect the driver's setup. 
Driver setup imo is the equivalent to a default setting, it gets you started but needs more input(via live races) to achieve its potential. 
However, it's a vital variable to get right to stand a chance come race day.

I would like to add that in my case, I have two female drivers that have about the same Height (165/167cm) and after two seasons of running I can say for sure that their car set up has been the same for all circuits. What one driver tells, is exactly what the other driver requires which makes it an easier job setting the car. 

The other aspect I want to bring has to do with performance on specific tracks with regards to Height of drivers. 
Right now I'm still  taking notes, but what I found so far from my personal experience (all other variables not taken into account) is that Shorter drivers perform better at circuits that require a medium to high ride height, hense in rain conditions, while tall riders have better performance on tracks that riquire a low ride height set up. 
I would like to have an insight on what you guys think about this based on your experiences.

Similar to above but except wing preference. 

 my drivers are same weight and only a bit of difference in height, but my second driver always wants the same setup as the first except plus 1 onto the wing
