How Rain at Afternoon affect the race at Night?

A focast of Clear in the morning and at afternoon Thunderstorms, and at Night clear.

How this will affect the terrain at a Night race? will this need wet Intermidiate, Full Wet OR just DRY tyres?

I see there is potential for confusion in the wording here. The weather is live and fetched from the real location, so only if it is really "night time" in the actual location of the circuit will the night time weather forecast be relevant. If it looks like night time in the game (i.e. singapore night race) this has nothing to do with the day/night weather forecast, it's just a style.
