Set tactics: Gearbox ratio

Could be nice to give us the posibility to choose:

- long gearbox ratio: More final speed, but less initial acceleration  (for Monza, for example)
- Short gearbox ratio: Less final speed, but more initial acceleration (for Monaco, for example)

Options like "Short" "Long" "Normal" will be with no meaning as after while the setup will be the same for all but with number values 1 to 50 for example I think will be fun. just adding that maybe will have more value by removing or reseting top speed limit(s) too according to that value;)

Whether it's number values, or just short/medium/long, i think this is a great idea. 

hmmm.... this idea has been suggested before differently of course. Juane's idea can be used as a foundation for something more relative to the game than the real deal. Having a numerical value could add an inconsistent variable that may shorten the gap among top managers thus also moving every manager up the table.  Either way.... Great suggestion Juane!

The gearbox setup was in fact implemented before 2016-ish. But when they changed the UI to the current one, they simplified the setup process to just the 3 parameters we have today. I don't know the devs' rationale behind this simplification, but I'm sure it was a conscious decision.
