Hi Adrian, if you have not already, please e-mail support@igpgames.com with the following:

1) The receipt(s) you received via e-mail from Google Play or Apple
2) The e-mail address for your iGP Manager account if there is one
3) Your team name and league name

(NOTE: Do not attach bank or credit card statements or receipts from PayPal. These are indirect payments and do not contain necessary information for validating a purchase)

If your purchase was on iOS, but the Apple invoice has not yet arrived via e-mail, please follow the instructions below:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. At the top of Settings, tap on your Apple account.
3. Tap iTunes & App Store.
4. At the top of iTunes & App Store, tap your Apple ID e-mail.
5. Tap ‘View Apple ID’. NOTE: You may be asked to confirm this by password or Touch ID.
6. Scroll down to tap on Purchase History.
7. Screenshot the purchases you did not receive tokens for and e-mail them to us as an attachment.


Also please ensure you upgrade to version 3.34. It contains a fix for failed In-App Purchases on iOS. This bug was present on version 3.32-3.33 (24-48 hours only, we fixed it as soon as we heard a report).

Sende bitte eine E-Mail an support@igpgames.com mit folgenden Infos damit wir dir die Token manuell zuweisen können:

1) Den Beleg den du von Google Play oder Apple per E-Mail erhalten hast
2) Die E-Mailadresse deines iGP-Accounts falls du eine verwendest
3) Dein Teamname and Liganame

(Hinweis: Bitte hänge keine Bankkonto- bzw. Kreditkartenauszüge oder PayPal-Belege an.)

Falls du den Kauf in iOS getätigt hast und die Rechnung von Apple noch nicht per E-Mail eingetroffen ist folge bitte diesen Anweisungen:
1. Öffne die Einstellungen auf deinem iPhone.
2. Oben in den Einstellungen tippe auf deinen Appleaccount.
3. Tippe auf "iTunes & App-Store".
4. Oben in iTunes & App-Store tippe auf deine Apple-ID E-Mail.
5. Tippe auf "Apple-ID anzeigen". Bemerkung: Du wirst eventuell aufgefordert dies durch dein Passwort oder Touch-ID zu bestätigen.
6. Scrolle herunter bis Einkaufsstatistik und tippe darauf
7. Mache einen Screenshot des Kaufs für den du die Token nicht erhalten hast und füge ihn als Anhang an die E-Mail an.
