Queastion

I have a quastion about the transfer list 
There are two diverend drivers 1is 2.2 mil and 1 is 7 mil
But both have the same stats what is the difarnce about those drivers

The main main attribute for drivers is Talent, Experience and weight. Then the actual driver's level .
