1.) ignored my tyre choice: i selected hards but gave me softs
2.) didn't refuel correctly and left out some fuel
all this happened only with the unscheduled stop ...

When scheduallig an unschedualed pitstop, always make sure you turn off the Pit LIght first as that is also the save button for the stint, turn if off, open up your Unschedualed Stint, make adjustments and click Pit.

You don't need to do this anymore David. This was fixed in the last update and has worked fine for me every single time since that update. I no longer have to untick / tick for an unscheduled stop.

I've actually taken to bypassing the Unscheduled Stop box by doing the following:
When coming to my stop, I'll change the fuel and tyre choices on Stint 2 and leaving the Unscheduled Stop checkbox and pit light alone. It's properly fueled me every time I've done it.
Only thing is, if you reduce fuel on Stint 2, you have to add the same amount to Stint 3. (I tend to call a long second stint on Hards then a short one on Softs; 50% races; before the race, and then during the first stint I decide to run largely equal stints completely on Softs.)
