I think owner of a league should have option to send message to all of members of his league. If some internal rule changes and I want to be sure that everybody will read it, i send message instead of writing on chat. Today it was really annoying sending 16*3=48 messages.

Dan Tyler, that could be good but still, im more sure that somebody got information when I send him a message.
