Just wondering if anyone knows how a teams league position is determined with 0 points compared to other teams with 0 points. Is it determined by your best result in a single race or by all results in the season so far?

Best result in a single race. Someone i know got relegated in elite but beat the team ahead in every race except few(inactive), because the inactive has a better finish he stays up and active goes down

Yes it is the best result in a single race, but where more than one team have the same best finishing position the team that did it first is ranked higher.
So a zero point team who placed 11th in Australia will always be ranked as the top zero point team.
The game seems to have a glitch and after the Australia race the zero point teams are not always ranked correctly. This seems to sort itself out after the second race.
