Rules for Elite tier: (no rules for rookie and pro tiers )

* Must use 2 different tyre compound at dry races
* On wet track there are no tyre restrictions
* If you don't use 2 compounds: first you will get a warn, after the 2nd you will be kicked out from the league.
* no warn or kick out if you forget to set up your car and strategy and don't get points at the race
