The time zone doesn't seem to apply to that section, it always shows the London time there. On the forum page the times are correct.

Thanks for pointing this out. It's fixed now.

Getting the public news in-game is something we wanted to introduce sooner rather than later. Since it was using code from the next patch though, and some things have changed, it needed a little tweaking.
