What did you try to do?

The car in 21st place, J Smith of Mercedes AMG, activated DRS in the DRS zone despite being multiple seconds behind the car in front (approx. 6-7 seconds back). DRS was not on for the entire lap, only in the DRS zone.

What happened instead?
As a result, J Smith was nearly able to catch the car in front by the end of the race, and set personal best laps and lap speeds in the last two laps of the race. The difference was ~2s per lap faster. Average lap speed was 3 mph faster than the best lap of the race for this car.

That looks indeed wrong on the screenshot. 
I've flagged your post for investigation. Do you have the link to the race results? This may be needed for the devs to find back the race log.

Hello,

It seems that the client (your device) was desynchronized from the server. The car was at a distance from DRS, but on your device it appeared as if it wasn’t. This may be due to network connection failures from your device.
