Once again 5 level 18 cd in transfer market 3 with fuel and two with cooling ??? Really getting annoyed that the devs can’t provide us with decent attribute cds
How many times does one have to keep banging on about this situation ????
Put some level 18 cds with any of the top 4 attributes

they Show up at least at level 17 and i think it is not different at level 18. but they disappear soon, because poeple buy them direct for 9 token as they show up. I sold for example one and he was gone after less then 1 minute. Because of that and because noone is buying the weak CDs so they stay on the market, it looks like there are just weak CDs.

thats the point surly there needs to be more placed into the market, or maybe we get cds as we do drivers using tokens from head quarters instead of training attributes maybe train something else

it is part of the management, who gets better staff has a Better team. Good staff is scare and hard to find in reality, too.
I for example have 3 Top Cds and the competitors in my league (all Level 18 or 19) have 2 or 3,too, so not too scare.
Would be boring when everyone would get them easily.
If you want them you have to search more.

I've always believed that even if there were more CDs with the big 4 attributes put on the market, they'll be snatched quickly by tons of managers looking to get their roster of 3-4 CDs with different big 4 attributes. And that's not counting how many teams all those high-leveled, experienced managers have. We're a greedy bunch, heh.
It would definitely make finding them easier, but as a certain Finnish philosopher said, it's the same for everyone.
