Young Driver Facility

We should be able to see more than just talent in the Young Driver facility.  Please allow us to be able to click on their names to see all of their stats like we would be able to do if we were looking for drivers on the regular driver market.

every1 with an academy is going to have 2 x level 20 talent drivers by end of season, i personally feel u have got this wrong it should take months of scouting and luck to come across any1 of 19 or above and they just handing them out like jelly babies.

they needed a staff member called a scout etc and the higher the level the higher the chance and so on, maybe even there talent is hinden while they develop u can see its between 16-20 or 14-16 and so on and the more they develop the more defined there talent becomes.

Tbh Gary, if we go with the scouting staff, I'd prefer an increase in staff.

Yes definitly..

a balance between staff in desgin, scouting and the rest etc. but most people seem to have a 19 or 20 already now which is a shame.

It won't last that long, but I am opting to make a big post after the patch is released for a staff overhaul. Think Fifa UT, with staff for driver, different kinds of designers and engineers etc. Adding such things would definately set differences in team's racing style.

This is crap. Everyone will soon end up with maxed out 22yo 20 talent drivers and then it'll just be down to the iGP lottery to sort out the rest.

Don't worry Chris, I'll give Jack an idea to add diversity between the teams.

I have been unable to replace my previously winning driver because I could not find anyone better. I was looking forward to attaining the next 'level' in order to see what sort of drivers would be on offer. Now all i need to do is wait for a couple of level 20 drivers to pop up & in 4-6 seasons I will be at the same level as the other managers with level 20 drivers.

It would be good to understand how adding this 'feature' is part of the strategy for developing the game.

Without saying too much (as the features might have to be modified before release) I can assure you it will be impossible to 'Max out' on your managerial skills.  A lot more 'compromise' is being built into the system - so you have to make choices.  You might have level 20 drivers but that alone doesn't make a winning team.

Almost true Jake, as the now, 20 talented drivers will never make you invincible.
