I currently have a Talent 16 driver and a Talent 19 driver going on Elite, and I’m hoping to get a Talent 20 driver (Level 15 or below) so I can sell/audition my Talent 16 driver.

U are able to train stamina pretty easily. So I don't understand that part of ur request.
What about age and experience? I guess u are not interested in an 40y old or exp=3 driver, are u?
