Vettel might recieve 20s penalty for Brazil!

Apparently, ferrari are appealing for a penalty to be placed on Vettel for an illegal overtake on Jean-Eric Verne under Yellow Flag Conditions, (Which is an illegal manuever).

Chances are that this will be done and Alonso will be promoted to Champion.

Doubtfull this will go ahead. This was pointed out to me by a friend as he was watching Sky F1 and they brought this up. You cant do this after the race it will put alot of people of and just prove the point that Alonso is a sore loser.

who ever did start that stupid discussion on the web: they are bad losers.

Overtaking under yellow flags is dangerous and should be punished whoever does it.

Sums it all up. As far as the FIA are concered no he didnt....

There is plenty of footage on 3 seperate incidents where Vettel overtook under yellow flags. His LED's which indicate the flag state of the current part of the track were Yellow in all instances. Green flags at the end of the drs straight are for sections of the track after that point, considering the accident was on the 4th corner.

What about the marshal waving a green flag on the left? As stated by the FIA flags overule any light on the dash or LED lights.

I'm sure that must piss Schumacher off when he 'illegally overtook' Alonso at Monaco in 2010, where the Marshal down at Razzacas was waving Green.

Two tottaly different things. Monaco can be dangrous however the yellow flags for vettel were for the debris on track and not a major crash.
