Give the host more choice in league management:
-Imposing race rules (for example: imposing a type of tire)
-Choose the number of participants
-To be able to modify the scale of point
-Add divisions
-Choose the number of promotion and relegation
-easily move from a league from 1 to 2 driver, or the opposite.

Especially I agree to the idea that the host should be able to determine the number of relegating / promoting teams. Maybe the option to change values should be only possible at the start of every season, because the host should not have the possibility to have influence on a running season.
My league only has a race once a week. There are always joining and very active members in Beginners and Elite league. But the Pro League has no active managers anymore since a very long time (the teams you can find there are my drones). The auto kick function deleted the inactive ones. Managers from the Beginners league who are promoted to Pro league are instantly leaving at the start of every new season because they are alone. So the problem will never be solved until I will get the opportunity to let at least 4 (better: 6) managers be promoted to the Pro league.
The problem I wrote about in my opinion should especially happen to leagues that have a race only once or twice a week. Managers are not willing to stay in a league without opponents for 17 races wich means: 17 weeks in our league.
