Developed! You either answer questions from all players,or recruit sensible moderators in each country where the game comes out!!! Russian forum is dead!!! Moderators is there anything sensible I can not answer(unless, of course,bothered to answer). Moderators from Russia do not know anything about the game. Apparently you give them little information to give (unless of course generally it is given). What kind of human rights abuse can't speak English? You have created a multilingual game! So be kind to answer each player,no matter what language he speaks!!!

Yeah because the Headline is a Joke:)

There are no Human Rights violated, Maybe russian only speaker have a small disadvantage.
But this disadvantage is not created by the developers, it is created by the higher usage of english Players. All Information regarding success are from former or current Players, not from the developers.

Now they have 3 opportunities:
1. Learn English
2. Wait until enough Russians made the same experience and some of them publish the Information
3. A volunteer who is fluent in Russian and in English takes the time to translate it, how it is for example in the german Forum.

To be fair, there shoukd not be russian forums if you have no russian mods, same for all languages.

If ppl cannot speak english but see a forum in thier language its only fair they presume a mod in thier language, sarcastic answers just fan the flames.

Remove forums for languages you do not have till you have a mod for them.

in my opinion a Forum is a place where players can exchange Information, so it is great to have it in other languages, regardless if there is a good Mod or not.
Obviously it is even Better with a good Mod.
