Pit Crew

How about adding in pit crew as a staffing option?

It would be good to be able do practice pitstops to improve their times (and not practising would penalise the AWOL managers).

This could work well. The higher star level the pit crew is the better they can do in pit stops. Staff wages should be reduced if this was implemented or finances could go down fast

Or purse money increased! they are way overdue for an increase.

Just buy the pit team not each individual 

This is a fantastic idea, would love to see it implemented

I was thinking this same thing last night. An extra second or two in the pits could make or break your race. A well trained team could be at least more consistent and not have race ending issues. Eg. Tire not bolted correctly.

Here we go again...
Perhaps the badly bolted tyre could come lose n kill one off the drivers, or a pitcrew member...
And so on....
Randomness! No!

I've suggested the idea of a pit crew, training them etc before, quite some time ago, I think it got ignored at the time but maybe it's time for another go

I like this idea and the variables of having quicker crews the more experienced they are.

I can already see the tantrums and people leaving the games...
“This game is cheating me! Every time!!!”
