TranslateHey,
I'm noob here , and was wondering in the staff attributes , what does (relent, experience and moral ) correspond to?
As the drivers attributes, when I select them they give me a breif meaning / description

In my experience, currently the staff attributes have no meaning, all you need to concern yourself with is the star rating for Doctors and Technical Directors.
For Chief Designers it's a little more complicated, the star rating is still important but a 4.5 star CD is as effective as a 5 star providing the staff level is the same as the Manager/Team level.
Finally for Chief Designers the Strength and Weakness attributes are important because they influence next seasons initial design and this seasons research.
