Initial Stats

Hi guys, I was wondering how the car stat are assigned at the beginning of the season... I'm lvl 8, the highest in my league. We still didn't race the Australian GP (first race) and there are cars with more points than mine.. How's this possible???

Your initial design for the start of the season is generated in the previous season by your Chief Designer. To obtain a good initial design a 4.5 or 5 star CD is required. Ideally the level of the CD should be the same as your manager level.

So the reason your initial design isn't very good is because you are Level 8 and your CD is only level 4.
