Hi Guys!

Let me explain my situation.
I'm at level 18. All my buildings at the HQ are at the same level (level 18).
I've got 2 female driver whose stats are excellent. Everything are on maximum except experience which is at level 12 in case of both.
I've joined my current league 5 season ago.
But there is another play who joined the league only this season. He is at level 15 with less experienced drivers, and in case of all aspects both of his drivers are less good as mine.
Both of are cars are at the maximum in case of most important aspects like acceleration, braking, downforce and handling.
We do the exact same pit stop strategy in the same lap with same tyre compound but he always wins with more than 5-10 seconds. (His Kers and boost are less effective compared to mine because he is 3 level below me.)
How could this happened? A less good driver(compared to mine), a player with 3 level below me in his first season wins nearly every race? With nearly the same developed car?????

Hiya Zoltan,

Please read the following post regarding the question you have posed. Jack Bashford has a long reply on page 2 which may answer your question as to why there are differences in the outcomes of driver performance.

https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread_2/22384

In essence, there are so many variables within the game that affect performance, finding that sweet spot to optimise performance takes experience and skill, some managers are able to reach this level, more are just slightly off it, and it can have a bearing on results.

Regards

Sean
