Can't access strategy page!

Strange fact: today i opened the game and set my strategy by entering that tab from the home menu (the "level of readiness" button, i dunno how it is called in english)...

Then some hours later i tried to get into the strategy page via the Next Round tab; problem is, that if i press taht button i go to Home tab, not strategy tab...

Any way to solve this?

PS: The strategy tab can still be opened via URL

Browser atm, i use both normally..
I tried clearing the chache and it works again, but every time i clear chache i have to relog with username and password
