So I've gotten a couple new drivers out of the academy recently and have been training them up so I can use them in races but the experience stat never goes up. Does that only increase from races? and if so does anyone know how many races it takes for it to move up one?

Experience only increases when the driver actually takes part in the race and it increases by one point every ten races.
