What did you try to do?
downloaded and installed for the first time to start a career 73 mill in debt.

What happened instead?
Struggling to perform in races because I cant develop anything until I'm put of debt not quite sure why this happened.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?

What is the model of your device?
Samsung S6

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
6.1 I think.

Can the bug be reproduced?
probably

Additional comments:
not sure what can be done really just worth mentioning as it seems unfair

Hello,

This account was created in 2017 so it's not the first time you've installed it.  Possibly your team stayed in the league and kept consuming money.  If you want to start from scratch you will have to disconnect and create a new account.

Fair enough I'm not disputing that but I've never played this game so I'm not sure how this could of happened.

I dont even know how to delete this account??
