I think everyone knows the problem.
The sub-forum in your language is flooded with league advertising.
Some push their ads only every 1-2 days, which is annoying enough. But others create a new theme for their league every 2 days.
I think it really annoys a lot of people and the solution to this problem is as simple as it is simple.
Just create a sub-forum within each language, for league advertising. If you want to advertise daily, you can do it, if you are looking for a new league you can search there and if you are not interested in new leagues you will not be annoyed. Everyone wins.
